ETC Introduces Source Four EDLT Lens Tube Option

LDI is the North American debut of a potent new accessory for ETC’s (booth #612) Source Four ellipsoidal, the Source Four EDLT, the Enhanced Definition Lens Tube.

Designed as an option for the Source Four ellipsoidal reflector spotlight, the EDLT provides even crisper projections with greater acuity and higher contrast. It enhances graphics and sharpens beam edges with no loss in field lumens. Set for delivery in December, the accessory will be available in 19º, 26º, and 36º beam angles. The 50º beam angle will follow in the first quarter of 2006.

ETC’s fixtures product manager Tom Littrell says: “Because our product development is an ongoing process of subtle refinements, people don’t always notice the differences. All they see is that the Source Four remains the best fixture in the industry. The EDLT is a testament to ETC’s commitment to innovation, maintaining the Source Four as the world’s number one choice among lighting designers.”

Now a family of award-winning fixtures, the Source Four line includes the Source Four PAR, PARNel, Zoom, jr, jr Zoom, MultiPAR striplight, and Revolution® moving light, as well as HID versions for architectural use. Each of these fixtures offers the famous cool beam, crisp image projection and bright even field synonymous with the Source Four name.
